Story Time Stretches
For parent and baby.
THIS CLASS IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD (but we'll be back soon)!
Subtle stretches and yoga inspired movements to popular rhymes and stories, allowing parent and baby to benefit from time out together both mentally and physically.
Encourage yourself and baby to take a well deserved break from those same four walls! Stretch, wobble, giggle…. let yourself go!
During Story Time Stretches, the real world doesn’t matter. 🫶🏻

✨First session free!

✨Please bring a mat for yourself/baby.

✨For now, we are welcoming babies and non walkers only please!
A little more....
An introduction to how movement can be added to familiar nursery rhymes along with some simple stretches that will benefit your feeling of mobility whilst entertaining baby too!
As the sessions continue we will start to build on strengthening and flexibility. We will always encourage sticking to your own pace and only advise of how to up the difficulty level for those that wish!
It’s important to note that your group leader is not a yoga instructor. We have professional dance experience, stretchy knowledge and oodles of enthusiasm to help ease those baby sling carrying, weird sleep position achy backs though (and have a giggle at the same time)!
Parents are required to take responsibility for their own participation and safety of their own children during sessions. Please don’t take part in any exercise that you do not feel comfortable in. Movements have been inspired by yoga and ballet strengthening techniques.
